Unlit, it resembles an egg yolk. When illuminated, the LEDs are extremely bright and can be controlled with 8-bit PWM per channel (8 bits × 4 channels = 32-bit colour per pixel), making it suitable for projects that require both vibrant colours and dedicated white light.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWiring is simple. The board includes two 3-pin connection ports. Solder wires to the input port, provide 5V DC to the +5V and GND pins, and connect DIN to your microcontroller. If you’re using the Adafruit NeoPixel Arduino library, digital pin #6 is typically used. Ensure you connect the ground from the 5V power supply to your microcontroller ground. Each LED can draw up to 60mA, which means up to 3.5A per panel if all LEDs are set to bright white. For most applications, expect around 1–2A per panel, and a 5V 2A power supply is recommended for moderate brightness use.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you need a larger display, panels can be chained together by connecting the DOUT of the first panel to the DIN of the next, along with 5V and GND.
