L. Seale brand in the early 1900s. Since then they have developed a \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003erange of private brands\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e including Doorly’s, E.S.A. Field, Rum 66, and Old Brigand — all distilled at their \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ehistoric Foursquare Distillery\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e located on a \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eformer sugarcane plantation\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e in the southeast of the island.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\nLike all of the Rums produced at Foursquare, Doorly’s Rums are \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003emolasses-based \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003eand \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eaged on site\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e in the tropical Caribbean. \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDoorly's 14 Year Old Barbados Rum\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e is aged in \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eex-Bourbon casks\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e that come from an un-named distiller that is — ahem — located in Lynchburg, Tennessee. But a portion is aged in \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eex-Madeira casks\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e too. The Spirit itself comes partly from their \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ecopper pot still\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e AND partly from the \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003evacuum column still\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e.
