So he mixed up a full battle and took it to the lobby of the \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eGrand Hotel\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e and basically handed out free drams. Soon folks were clamoring for more so he transformed his chemist shop into a\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e small makeshift distillery \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003eand started producing his\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e Menthe-Pastille Liqueur.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e Since then, five generations of his descendants have produced fine French Spirits in Loire under the Giffard name.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eGiffard Crème de Pamplemousse Rosé\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e is created via the careful maceration of pink grapefruit from Provence into neutral Spirit. It strikes a perfect balance of sweet, bitter, fruit, and acidity with a simply wonderful aroma. It is lovely and bit fun to sip neat as a \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCordial\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e, but the mad scientists behind the bar at \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFlaviar central\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e have been having a blast using it in cocktails. Even just as a topper for a glass of Prosecco adds a little zing to the sparkle.
