Now, we don’t really know when the first Green Spot was created, but by the 1920s, The Mitchell \u0026amp; Son had bottled m\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eore than a hundred Sherry casks of Whiskey per year\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e. Usually, the distiller matured Whiskey for five years before they blended and sold it to the merchant, who then matured it for at least five more years.
