Azro Araga Bottle

Azro P. McKinstry of Winnebago was Minnesota's first premier Creameryman. First, moving from Vermont to Minnesota in 1870, by 1885 Azro was the superintendent for the Minnesota dairy exhibit at the New Orleans World's Fair. He won the international Grand Sweepstakes for his butter. The first, the best.

Araga is the name for fermented milk wine- koumiss- distilled into liquor. We use Redhead Creamery milk sugar to make this fine spirit. 

With a nod to Azro, we aim for the contents of this bottle to be another premier Minnesota first.
