Dye Blank - Looped Picot Elastic - 5 yards

We are now offering Dye Blanks for our customers that like to dye their own materials or would just like to give it a try. Our Dye Blank elastics are sold in 5 yard lengths to give you plenty of elastic for more than one project. 

The cute loops on the top of this great general-purpose elastic are a fun accent to any garment. This elastic has a soft stretch that is appropriate for shapewear, bras, panties, bralettes or camisoles. It has a traditional plush back on one side and a micro-plush on the other side.
