Aeonium 'Mint Saucer' has large green rosettes that mound to form a dense colony. The leaves of Mint Saucer are shorter than A. urbicum. Cone-shaped clusters of yellow star-shaped flowers rise above the foliage in spring. Full sun only in coastal or cooler climates. Provide partial shade in hot climates. Dormancy period can occur in hot summer months; reduce water during this time. Prune to remove the stem after it has flowered. Looks great in the California landscape planted in mass, in containers, or planted with other succulents of contrasting shapes and colors for maximum effect in the garden. Low maintenance. Low water requirements. High impact.
